Vu Lam is a political scientist specialising in political communication and diplomacy. Currently, he leads the Southeast Asia (SEA) portfolio at the Parliamentary Library of Australia, the research service of Parliament.
A visiting fellow to several universities including the ANU, Vu holds a PhD in international and political studies from the University of New South Wales and a Master of International Studies (Advanced) from the University of Queensland, Australia.
