I am a Professor at the School of Information Systems and Technology Management, UNSW Business School. After two decades in the corporate sector, I moved into academe to continue my research on management of major projects and programs of digital transformation. I have published more than 60 peer-reviewed papers in top international conferences and journals. I’m an active member of the global information systems (IS) community. I serve on editorial boards of first-tier academic journals and I am a recognized expert on exploratory qualitative research.
