Wayne Macpherson

Wayne lecturers in international business, strategic management, innovation and entrepreneurship at Massey Business School. His research interests include the Japanese philosophy of quality management kaizen, the pursuit of business excellence and sustainable competitive advantage, and mutually beneficial engagement between academia and business and draws on his 25 years in Japan studying at post-grad level and working for name Japanese corporations. He is a co-founder of Massey's BusinessFirstNZ project that engages the business school with local business professionals.
