Wayne Smith

Wayne W. Smith, Ph.D., is a Professor of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Dr. Smith is the Associate Editor of the Journal of Teaching in Travel & Tourism and a member of five other Editorial Boards, including the Journal of Travel Research, Tourism Recreation Research, Event Management, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly & The Consortium Journal of Hospitality and Tourism. He has won the Explore Charleston Golden Pineapple Award and the Journal of Travel research Charles R. Goeldner Article of Excellence Award.
