William A. Stoltz

Lecturer and expert Associate, National Security College, Australian National University

William A. Stoltz is a former Australian national security official and security scholar. He is a Lecturer & Expert Associate at the ANU's National Security College and a Senior Manager at Australia's leading cyber security firm, CyberCX.

Stoltz's specialisations include strategic policy development, intelligence studies, Indo-Pacific strategic affairs, Australian foreign policy, Australian defence policy as well as national security preparedness and mobilisation.

He also holds several other appointments including:
- Visiting Fellow at the University of Melbourne's Robert Menzies Institute, a prime ministerial library and museum;
- Member of the Advisory Group of the Asia-Pacific Development, Diplomacy, and Defence Dialogue (AP4D);
- Non-Resident Fellow at Pacific Forum;
- Associate Member of the Centre for the Study of Subversion, Unconventional Interventions and Terrorism at Nottingham University.
