Xiaoyan Liang

Xiaoyan (Christiana) Liang is currently an Assistant Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (in China) and an Adjunct Lecturer of School of Business and Law of CQUniversity, Australia. Her research interests include business ethics, academic freedom, leadership, cross-cultural management, and Chinese international students and immigrant professionals’ acculturation experiences in Australia. She completed her PhD degree at Monash University in 2017. Her research has published in Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Employee Relations, Nonprofit Management and Leadership, and others.
