Professor at FGV Law School, Rio de Janeiro, and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Digital Technology for Democracy Lab at the Karsh Institute of Democracy at the University of Virginia. I am also the Coordinator of the UN IGF Dynamic Coalition on Platform Responsibility (DCPR).
I have a PhD in Sociology from IESP-UERJ, a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from PUC-Rio, and two Bachelor's Degrees, one in Law and one in Social Sciences from FGV-Rio.
