Yvonne Breitwieser-Faria

Yvonne Breitwieser-Faria is Sessional Academic at the University of Queensland. She is an interdisciplinary scholar with expertise in atrocity law and public international law. Currently, she is researching the relationship between legal obligations of States to prevent atrocity crimes and State responsibility. She is also researching the implications of climate change and other human rights violations on the prevention of atrocity crimes.
