Prostate health linked to country of origin

Australian-born men aged over 70 have higher prostate specific antigen (PSA) levels than men of the same age born overseas.

Prostate specific antigen levels are an early sign of possible prostate cancer.

A new study of 1,434 older men found those born in Australia had higher PSA levels than men born in Italy, the United Kingdom, Ireland or Greece.
