To hire the best employees, ask outsiders

Businesses may get more accurate personality tests by getting outsiders to rate employees.

Co-workers have always been the observers in the studies but they may not be the best judges because they are more familiar with the job and the individual in a work context, says researchers at the University of Toronto.
