Young men are more likely to sleep on the road

Young men are more likely to fall asleep while driving than their older counterparts.

A Monash University study looked at 20 younger men with average age of 23 and 19 older males 67) comparing the effects of sleep loss on driving.

The study showed that younger drivers were more vulnerable to the effects of sleep loss than their older counterparts.
