Dr James Dwyer is a Lecturer in strategy and leadership based at the School of Social Sciences and the Tasmanian Institute of Law Enforcement Studies. His research focuses on deterrence (from local, criminal deterrence to nuclear deterrence), strategic studies, ballistic missile defence, strategic decision-making and strategic leadership.
