Dr Yaniv Hanoch is a Professor of Decision Science at the Centre for Business in Society, Coventry University. Prior to joining Coventry University, he was a professor of Decision Science at Southampton University and Plymouth University, and post doc at the UCLA school of public health and the Max Planck Institute for Human Development (ABC group).

Dr Hanoch's research focuses on decision making and risk-taking across the lifespan and across domains. He has published extensively in public health and psychology journals. Yaniv’s research has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied Health Psychology, Health Service Research Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Process, Psychological Science, Risk Analysis, and many others. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor in the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics.
