Being more ‘out’ would encourage society to accept gay people

Having more visibly “out” gay people within communities and society, would reduce homophobia. That’s the finding of a study from the University of Nottingham. If people were prepared to be more open about their lives now, it could reduce the exclusion and discrimination they currently experience.
