Conservative leaders better for business growth

Steady business growth is better created under leaders who have ‘intelligent conservatism’ as opposed to charisma, according to a new study released by the Warwick Business School.

Established companies also recorded successful structural change when leaders were conservative and had worked in the organisation for a number of years, researchers say.
