Having obtained Taught Degree Awarding Powers in 2015, Arden delivers flexible undergraduate and postgraduate programmes which are highly work-place relevant. Through professional body accreditations such as the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI) and the British Psychological Society (BPS), continuous employer input and applied course content, Arden’s graduates are prepared for the world of work long before they graduate. With a range of delivery models, programmes are designed to fit around people’s lives. Courses are delivered via online Distance Learning, Blended Learning or as higher-level Degree Apprenticeships.
As one of the fastest growing universities in the UK, Arden has continued to expand its face-to-face provision, which now includes five study centres across the UK – in Manchester, Birmingham and London – with further plans for centres in Liverpool and Leeds. This model of delivery, known as Blended Learning, combines condensed face-to-face teaching with independent online study, providing the perfect mix of support and flexibility. Arden continues to grow globally, attracting students to its Distance Learning programmes from over 130 countries. In 2018, its first international study centre opened in Berlin, Germany, and with further international expansion planned, Arden will become a truly global provider of higher education.
