Keep calm and drink dark chocolate

Relax, chocoholics! Research from Swinburne University has found that polyphenols, chemicals contained in dark chocolate, can increase calmness.

The study involved 72 men and women aged 40-65 who drank dark chocolate drinks with different levels of cocoa polyphenols once a day for 30 days. Those with the highest dose of cocoa polyphenols felt calmer and more content than those with lower doses.
