Sense of justice built into the brain

The brain has a built-in mechanism that triggers an automatic reaction to someone who refuses to share money, a UK/Swedish study has found. Previous research suggested the area that controls the ability to analyse and make financial decisions is located in the prefrontal cortex and insula. However, this study suggests the brain area that controls fast financial decisions is actually located in the amygdala, the area responsible for feelings of anger and fear.
