Supplement to make exercise more fun in the pipeline

Researchers are about to test a nutritional supplement that could help people engage in more physical activity and make exercise more enjoyable. The combination of lutein and milk has been shown to increase voluntary exercise behavior in tests with animals. If successful in its aim, the supplement will be particularly beneficial for enhancing health and reducing disability among the ageing population.
