Vaccine hope for seafood allergies

James Cook University researchers are working towards a vaccination for seafood allergy sufferers. With Townsville Hospital, the team are developing methods to detect allergic reactions soon after the patient’s contact with seafood. The immunological mechanism for future vaccines and therapy can then be developed.
