Working from home benefits businesses

Hybrid teleworkers working from home between one and three days a week are more productive than those working full-time in an office.

Joint research from the University of Melbourne and the University of Auckland surveyed HR representatives, managers and 1800 employees from 50 businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

The research found flexibility increases the wellbeing of workers often resulting in increased productivity, job satisfaction and greater retention of workers.
