Coconut oil bad for the heart

Made up of over 90% saturated fat, coconut oil can raise cholesterol levels, clogs arteries and increase the risk of heart desease.

Researchers at the University of Queensland have debunked the theory that coconut oil is good for heart health, suggesting oily fish or fish oil supplements such as krill oil are better at reduce coronary heart disease.
