I hold a PhD in Philosophy focusing on philosophical issues in international law. (I also hold an LLM degree in International Law from Utrecht University.) I've been a Professor in the department of Sociology and Criminal Justice at the University of Delaware for 19 years. I've written four books on criminal justice, focusing largely on international criminal justice.
