Agatha has obtained her PhD in chemistry in 2015 from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Before joining Anglia Ruskin University, she has worked at a forensic toxicology lab in Poland where she analysed various types of evidence, including suspected street drugs and biological samples (blood and urine). She worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher, where she used her expertise as an analytical chemist in a project on the simultaneous gas chromatographic-mass spectrometry based analysis of drugs associated with Drug Facilitated Sexual Assaults from spiked drinks. Currently she works as a lecturer in chemistry applied to forensic science.
