Membre statutaire du Centre Asie du Sud‑Est (Case, CNRS/EHESS, Paris), elle a pour terrain de recherche la Birmanie. Ses thèmes de recherche portent sur l’articulation entre bouddhisme, ethnicité et construction nationale dans l’État d’Arakan.
