Amanda is a Research Fellow at the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the Digital Child. Her doctoral study examined how the Media Arts strand of the Australian Curriculum: The Arts was implemented in Australian primary schools. She has worked in schools as both a teacher and a researcher, including working with teachers to develop media literacy through the use of digital technologies.
