Lecturer in Intellectual Property and Information Law, University of Glasgow

I am a Lecturer in Intellectual Property and Information Law at the University of Glasgow and CREATe research centre (create.ac.uk). My main research interests are in copyright law and social science methodologies that explore how the law works for people in reality. I am the managing editor of the Copyright Evidence project (copyrightevidence.org), which curates empirical evidence on how copyright works in society, and You Can Play, a digital resource that tracks user-generated content policies for video game content. I also lead the Creators Earnings Hub, an ESRC-IAA initiative which gathers empirical evidence on the lived realities of primary creators.
