A 'somewhat' geek(y) academic, author and qualifications consultant with a background in 'infrastructure' Networking, as well as coding. Also dabbler in network security (cybersecurity) and social media integration. My main academic focus is on Cisco technologies as part of the NetAcad programme.

Amongst my other professional interests, I support the large scale teaching of teachers in vocational computing via a hybrid MOOC methodology.
