Anna Forringer-Beal

PhD Candidate, Centre for Multidisciplinary Gender Studies, University of Cambridge

Anna Forringer-Beal is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge Centre for Multidisciplinary Gender Studies where she focuses on how the Modern Slavery Act of 2015 came into law and the history of anti-trafficking policy in the UK. Her work has been graciously supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates-Cambridge Scholarship. Prior to this, Anna worked on the National Human Trafficking Hotline in Washington DC and continues to support survivors of gender based violence.
