Annette Snyman

I am a lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of South Africa. I am registered as an HR Associate (Learning and Development) at the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP). I obtained my MPhil Labour Relations degree in 2014 and my PhD in Management Sciences (Human Resource Management), entitled "A framework for staff retention in the higher education environment: effects of the psychological contract, organisational justice and trust", in 2021.

I have authored and co-authored a number of articles and chapters published in accredited journals and books. I have also co-supervised an MCom student who graduated Cum Laude in 2018. My main research interest concerns employee retention, the psychological contract, organisational justice and trust.
