Annie Roy-Charland

Annie Roy-Charland is Full Professor at Université de Moncton in Psychology. In addition to being the Editor of the Canadian Journal of Behavioural Science, she is a board member of the journal Emotion and Cognition. She has a broad interest in research in social cognition. More precisely, she has published on topics such as emotional facial expression recognition, reading processes in adults and children, emotion comprehension in children, assessment of health in indigenous children, attention processes in addiction and more. Her work has been funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research as well as the Consortium National de Formation en Santé of Health Canada. Dr. Roy-Charland is also a Clinical psychologist with a practice in Sport psychology with a special focus in complex results sports (e.g., dance, gymnastics, figure skating).
