Annika Schoene

The main research focus of my PhD is in Natural Language Processing - especially fine-grained emotion detection in social media data using machine and deep learning techniques. This also includes investigating which emotions are dominant in social media topics. I also have an interest in mental health issues on social media, where I have looked at suicide note classifcation.
