Postdoctoral research associate, The University of Melbourne

I am a musicologist specialising in disability music culture and adaptive technology. I also research military music history, having written my PhD thesis on Australian defence force bands of World War II. I am currently a McKenzie Fellow at the University of Melbourne where I develop instrumental music education programs and technologies for students with disability. I have lived experience of disability and am also a percussionist and songwriter in the all-disabled band Bearbrass Asylum Orchestra.
