Aoife Healy

My research interests are assistive technology, gait analysis, and plantar pressure measurement. I was awarded prestigious grant funding from the International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO)/World Health Organisation (WHO) to complete a systematic review of prosthetic and orthotic services. Subsequently, I have become a member of the Global Cooperation on Assistive Technology (GATE) community, whose goal is to improve access to high-quality affordable assistive products globally.
