Ashagrie Zewdu Woldegiorgis

Ashagrie Zewdu Woldegiorgis is an Assistant Professor at the College of Natural Sciences at Addis Ababa University. His work focuses on food safety and quality, with an emphasis on Aflatoxins, food borne pathogens and the modernization of Ethiopian traditional food processing technology, especially injera.
