Dr. Aurora Pérez-Cornago is a Senior Nutritional Epidemiologist and University Research Lecturer at the Cancer Epidemiology Unit, in the Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford. Her research focuses on understanding how diet and obesity impact cancer and cardiovascular disease development and progression.
