Azadeh Shafaei

Dr. Azadeh Shafaei is a Lecturer at the School of Business and Law, Edith Cowan University. Prior to joining Edith Cowan University, Dr Azadeh Shafaei was a Senior Researcher at Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), where she was involved in national and international research projects including a project for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Dr Azadeh Shafaei has been actively involved in several research projects funded by internal and external bodies such as University of Science Malaysia (USM) where she obtained her PhD with full scholarship, Malaysian Ministry of Education, UNESCO Bangkok, and the OECD.
Dr Azadeh Shafaei has successfully collaborated with several scholars from Malaysia and Australia on joint research projects, which have resulted in journal publications and book chapters. Her areas of research include organisational behaviour, meaningful work, ethical and inclusive leadership, wellbeing, green human resource management and corporate social responsibility.
