Barbara Mcpake

Barbara McPake (BA Economics; PhD Health Economics) specialises in health policy and health systems research. She is currently Director of the Nossal Institute for Global Health, University of Melbourne (as of July 2014) and one of two research directors of the ReBuild research programme consortium focused on health system development in conflict-affected contexts funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID). She was Director of the Institute for International Health and Development, Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh (2005-2014) and of the Health Systems Development Programme, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (2001-2006).
