Barbara Preston

Barbara has been an independent researcher and consultant since 1991, following experience as a union research officer and public servant. Her research interests include professional workforce forecasting, professional practice and regulation, and schools policy. She is currently undertaking doctoral studies at the University of Canberra on occupational forecasts for school teachers and professional nurses. She is an active member of a number of professional research associations.
