Bejan Analoui

Bejan joined The Business School as a Lecturer in Leadership in July 2014 and currently holds the position of Senior Lecturer in Leadership. Prior to this he was based at Bangor University in North Wales, where he worked as a Research Officer and facilitator for the LEAD Wales leadership development programme.

After gaining a BA(Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Manchester, and an MBA (Management) from Bangor University, he recently completed a PhD in Management Studies at Bangor University. His doctoral research examined student knowledge sharing during group work in higher education. Bejan also holds a PGCertHE (Distiniction) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
