Brett Dolter is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics, University of Regina. His research is focused on modelling the costs and consequences of climate and energy policy.

Brett completed his PhD at York University where his research focused on identifying pathways for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the Saskatchewan electricity sector. He holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Victoria and a Masters in Resource Management and Environmental Studies from UBC. Brett has also worked as a Research Fellow for the University of Ottawa’s Institute of the Environment and was a senior policy analyst for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment.
