Dr Candice Franke has been a lecturer in the Chemistry Department at UWC since 2016. She holds a PhD with research titled: Electrochemical cytochrome P450 enzymatic biosensors for the determination of the reactivity of TB drugs. Her main focus is on the development of drug metabolism sensors which incorporate smart nanomaterials and nanocomposites which act as electrocatalysts.
