Carina Furusho-Percot

Ingénieur de recherche en prévision hydrologique, Irstea

Hydrologist working at Irstea since June 2012, working mainly on flood forecast, hydrological modelling and impacts assessment of urbanizing areas. I have defended my PhD thesis in hydrological modelling adapted for urbanizing catchments in 2011, at Ecole Centrale de Nantes, in France.
Currently, I am involved in national and international projects, including national SCHAPI-MEDDE programs on flood forecasting, Interreg IVB NW DROP project (2013-2015), FASEP project with Brazil (2013-2015) and H2020-WATER 2a IMPREX (2015-2019. My main responsibility in the Irstea hydrologists’ team is to coordinate the process of transferring relevant research results for operational services.
