Carlos A. Donado Morcillo

I am an adjunct researcher at Universidad Catolica Santa Maria la Antigua (USMA) and at Instituto de Investigaciones Cientifficas y Servicios de Alta Tecnologia (INDICASAT AIP) in Panama City, Panama. As a microwave and electromagnetism researcher, the core of my work focuses on the development of next-generation microwave systems and components for aerospace applications.
I received my PhD and MSc degrees on Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta, GA) with minors in management of technology and science policy; and my BSc on Electronics Engineering, from USMA. I am also a member of HKN honor role society and a member of the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers, IEEE.
