Senior Lecturer in Work Psychology, University of Sheffield

Carolyn has more than 20 years of research and practice experience within the area of work psychology. Her research has involved investigating the human and organisational impacts of new technology and new ways of working with a particular focus on employee wellbeing. She has also faciliated interventions aimed at improving the design of work in order to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement. Carolyn has a keen interest in how to manage employee wellbeing more effectively in the age of digitisation and how new data sources (such as Big Data) may help (or hinder) such progress.
