I am the former Director of the MBA Program at the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management, (2020-2023) and a professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management (2007-2023). I have enjoyed a 20 year career in academia, with a number of areas of research and practice. Prior to Academia, I was a management consultant and HR leader, practicing independently and with a global consulting firm (1990-2002 at Accenture. Most recently, my passion project has been developing/facilitating inclusive education for entrepreneurship - co-author of the GEET Plus (Gender smart entrepreneurship education and training plus) with Barbara Orser (https://geet.uottawa.ca/) and Feminine Capital: Unlocking the power of women entrepreneurs (2015 with Barbara Orser, available from Stanford University Press).
