Cathy Driscoll

Dr. Driscoll is a Professor in the Department of Management at Saint Mary’s University. She received her Ph.D. in organizational behavior and marketing from Queen’s University. Her primary research interests lie in the area of business ethics, management education, and spiritual and religious values in ethical decision making. Cathy’s work has been published in numerous academic journals and books, as well as in other media. She has been a presenter, panelist, keynote speaker, moderator, and commentator at regional, national, and international conferences. In 2017 she received the Atlantic Schools of Business Award of Excellence for outstanding service to business scholarship. She has facilitated workshops and participated in podcasts on topics from leader climate action to moral disengagement in the context of the cover-up of clergy sexual abuse.
