I am a Health Psychologist and Research Officer with over 12 years of experience conducting mixed method Health and Appearance Research with multidisciplinary colleagues both nationally and internationally. I am passionate about conducting impactful research that helps improve psychological and physical health.

I currently conduct infant feeding research which aims to better support parents wishing to breastfeed their babies and health professionals who are supporting parents to breastfeed.
