Chantelle Feldhaus

Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, North-West University

Chantelle Feldhaus holds an LLB and LLM degrees, and is currently enrolled for an LLD. After being admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2004, she joined the North-West University Law Faculty in 2005. She currently lectures Family law on undergraduate level and is the Program Director for the Masters degree in International Child law. In addition to her undergraduate teaching and postgraduate administrative responsibilities, she lectures a postgraduate module on International Juvenile Justice. Ms Feldhaus is actively involved in community projects which includes, amongst others, children’s rights. She is furthermore an author and spokesperson on various platforms in the media and considers herself a social justice warrior.
