Christopher B. Miller

Honorary Senior Research Fellow, University of Oxford

I work as Research Lead for Big Health Inc. investigating the effects of digital therapeutics based on cognitive behavioural therapy for sleep and mental health. I am also an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Sleep & Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi), Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences. My research is focused on the successful delivery of cognitive behavioural therapy at scale. Interests include psychological medicine, mental health and sleep. Previously, I was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Sleep Medicine at the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, University of Sydney. Prior to this, I completed a Cotutelle (joint) PhD from Glasgow and Sydney Universities in behavioural treatment for insomnia.
